Non-profit status
The corporation promotes the following charitable purposes:
- Promotion of science and research
- promotion of popular and vocational education and training, including student assistance
Thus the corporation is exempt from corporation tax pursuant to §5 (1) no. 9 KStG and from trade tax pursuant to §3 no. 6 GewStG, because it is exclusively and directly tax-privileged for non-profit purposes in the sense of §§ 51 et seq. AO serves.

Registration on the website
The member interface fulfils three different functions: Updating of personal information, download center and forwarding to the login for the listing of journals at the Bundesverband der Börsenvereine an deutschen Hochschulen e.V. (Federal Association of Stock Exchange Associations at German Universities). In the Download Center area, members can download association-related documents as well as internal information material. This includes documents on investment decisions of the FNI. The documents provided have been prepared with the greatest care, but do not claim to be complete. The documents will be updated accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact the association using the contact form on the website, for example.
Association-related documents
As a member of the association you can create an account on the website. In your account you have the possibility to download our articles of association, membership fee regulations, the membership application form, the data protection declaration and the rules for the appointment of honorary members. The association prefers membership applications via the website, but the membership form can also be printed out and sent by post to "Finance Network - FNI e.V., Lehrstuhl Finanzierung und Banken, Auf der Schanz 49, 85049 Ingolstadt".
